What is Mediation?

Mediation offers several possible advantages for resolving a dispute and can be done face-to-face or online.

All family issues can be dealt with in Mediation – Legal Separation, Parenting Plans, Custody to/of Children, Guardianship, Maintenance, Living arrangements, Inheritance and other related family matters such as probate, family disagreements, Elder family members care and end of life needs.

Mediation is also known as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); instead of escalating directly to a time consuming, costly court process where the decisions and any outcomes are taken completely out of the hands of each party involved, mediation facilitates the parties to negotiate and come to mutual agreements. Each party walking away happier with peace of mind and showing good faith in the process, and the settlement agreed.
